Terms of Use
Last updated 26 August 2026
These terms govern your use of xinmall.pk, the website of Xin Mall, 8 Queens Road, Sargodha. By using the site you accept them.
What this website is
xinmall.pk is an information website about Xin Mall — its brands, its cinema, its restaurant, its events and its available retail space. It is not a shop. There is no basket, no payment and no online ordering anywhere on this site.
Accuracy of information
We keep brand listings, menus, prices, opening hours and showtimes as current as we can, but they change. In particular:
- Menu prices at Aangan are indicative and may change without notice. The prices charged in the restaurant are the ones that apply.
- Individual stores set their own opening hours and may differ from the mall's.
- Cinema showtimes are published by CineStar and are subject to change or cancellation by them.
- Offers listed on this site are run by the individual brands and are subject to their own terms and availability.
Reservations
A reservation submitted through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. A table is confirmed only when the Aangan team contacts you to confirm it. We may be unable to accommodate a request at the time or party size asked for.
Cinema tickets
Cinema tickets are sold by CineStar, not by Xin Mall. Every booking link on this site leaves for cinestar.pk, and any purchase there is governed by CineStar’s own terms. We are not a party to it.
Links to other sites
This site links to tenant brands, CineStar and social media platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your information.
Intellectual property
The design, text and photography on this website belong to Xin Mall except where stated. Tenant logos and brand marks belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify businesses trading at the mall.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site’s forms to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading content, and do not attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it. We may block access where necessary.
