Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Xin Mall collects through xinmall.pk, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only — not the individual brands trading inside the mall, each of which is a separate business responsible for its own data.

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us through one of the three forms on this site:

• Table reservations at Aangan — your name, email address, phone number, the date and time you want, the occasion, party size and any special requests.
• Leasing enquiries — your name, company, email address, phone number, the type of business and unit size you are interested in, and your message.
• Contact messages — your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message.

We do not ask for, and this website has no way to collect, payment details. There is no online shop, no basket and no ticketing on xinmall.pk.

Why we collect it

To answer you. A reservation is used to confirm your table; a leasing enquiry is used to reply about available units; a contact message is used to respond to what you asked. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Access is restricted at the database level: the public website can add a submission and cannot read any submission, including its own. Only authorised Xin Mall staff can read them.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the website is used — which pages are visited, which links are followed, and where visitors arrive from. This is measured in aggregate. We do not use it to identify individuals.

Two third-party embeds are used, and both are loaded only if you ask for them:

• Google Maps, on the Contact page, loads only after you select “Load the map”.
• YouTube, for film trailers, loads only after you press play, and uses the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain.

Until you interact with them, neither service receives a request from your browser and neither sets a cookie.

How long we keep it

Reservation requests are kept for as long as they are useful to the restaurant’s operations and then removed. Leasing enquiries and contact messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to xinmall.marketing@gmail.com and we will respond.
